You will receive completed Request Quote forms from interested vacationers and finalize arrangements directly with your prospective guests. While your home is included on this site, you will have your own BeachHomesRent.com availability calendar that you will keep updated.
We are not marketing thousands of homes with little thumbnail photos and minimal descriptions in small print. Similar to the #1 Barefoot Condo page, your page will include a dynamic flash slideshow with background music to present up to 32 photos that will include views, amenities, all rooms and maybe some local wildlife. A full description will include up to 500 words written by you that fully describes your home, the community and the surrounding area. For a fee, the view of your home can be featured on the home page of this site for a certain time period. For additional exposure, you will be supplied with a bulletin board template so you can market locally in order to direct prospective guests to your home on this site. If there are web sites showing local points of interest, upon approval, they may be included.
To be included on this site, your home must have a fully equipped modern kitchen, fine quality tableware, televisions with DVD players in living and bedrooms, high fidelity stereo system, Internet access, regular telephones, washer/dryer, high count linens, plenty of towels and of course... beach chairs.
BeachHomesRent.com will consider including select vacation homes that are condos, cottages, villas, town homes, houses, estate homes and mansions, as long as they are located on a beautiful beach and have completely unobstructed ocean views. BeachHomesRent.com will become known as the site to find “Your Home On The Beach”. After you review, “let’s get started” by submitting an Include Your Home form.
An added benefit as an owner having your home marketed by us, is that via our Private Owners Network you’ll be able to communicate with fellow members to make direct arrangements to swap vacation time at your home for vacation time at another home. Maybe you desire a change, like vacationing on a beach in the Turks & Caicos Islands, France, South America, Mexico or in the USA on any coast such as those in New Jersey, Florida, South Carolina, Texas, & California.. Or, anywhere else in the world.
